Ugandan Migrant Camps Face Overcrowding

As thousands of Congolese flee violence at home, Ugandan refugee camps are becoming dangerously overcrowded. UNHCR, the UN refugee agency, reports that one average, midsize camp is currently home to some 4,600 new arrivals, 1,600 more than its maximum intended capacity. Two thirds of those crossing into Uganda are children.
